Melissa Marie Ferrell, 43, was accused of providing alcohol to the children at her Stevens home on Feb. 25, East Cocalico Township police said.
Officers were called to the home on the 100 block of East Church Street just before 10 p.m., on reports of an underage drinking party, police said.
Four juveniles and two 18-year-olds were charged with underage drinking, and one juvenile was also charged with giving police a fake name, authorities said.
Officers notified the juvenile's parents to pick them up and Ferrell was sent a summons to appear in District Court.
She was charged with four counts of corruption of minors, and six counts of selling or furnishing liquor or malt or brewed beverages to minors.
